Chile in my Heart...

I am really sorry this post is not related to cake decorating or the celebrations in Vancouver at this moment, but my heart is with all those Chilean families, victims of one of the most powerful earthquakes in history.

For all those friends, students, and other people who have contacted me, sharing their concern for what is happening in Chile right now, I have posted some pictures, and some of the translated comments I have been reading in the last few hours, in this blog called "Earthquake to my Heart"

Bronze Medal...

Yesterday, I was looking at the Olympic games on TV, and looking at all the medal awards, and I was thinking... It must be such a good feeling to receive a medal... And then all of a sudden, something clicked in my head... Wait a minute... I've got a medal! I've got a Bronze Medal!


It was so long ago that I have almost forgotten all about it! My cake was a Gypsy Dancer... long gone now... But I still have my medal! Oh, Canada...! Viva Chile!
