Happy Birthday, Craquelier!!!



Remember I told you about Craquelier, the photography group I belong to?  Well, this month we are celebrating our first birthday!!!  We had a party... with cake (naturally!), lots of goodies, balloons... Happy birthday, Craquelier!!!

Happy birthday, Bruce!


I forgot how many cakes I have made for Bruce, but one thing reamains constant: chocolate!  He likes chocolate, and so this cake is for him: chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache, and iced with chocolate buttercream, wrapped with a chocolate fondant ribbon!!!

P.S. Basketweave here was done with tip #96, just for fun!

Kuribon...

It's always a pleasure to make a cake for Jason.  Every year is a very special character... This year, it was Kuribon's turn.  Don't you love her beautiful green eyes and the red ribbon on her tale?  So pretty!!!  Made with chocolate buttercream and the grass tip.  Happy birthday, Jason!
