I read about this cake in the Vancouver Sun. An interesting article that states that Heinz ketchup is a Canadian invention dated back to 1909, in a Leamington , Ontario factory. Go figure! Anyhow, if you want the recipe or the whole article, you can go to http://www.canada.com/ It looks delicious! Very much like a red velvet cake, but then again, the amount of red food colouring needed is quite a lot... though maybe you could hold this and it wouldn't affect the taste...
