Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of almond extract
1 cup of canola oil
½ cup of buttermilk
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
3 tbs of ground almond
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup of Amaretto
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two 9” cake pans.
2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and almond extract until well combined. Add oil and buttermilk.
