I absolutely love the look of this cake! Funny, though, because I always tell students how important is to work with your spatula so your icing looks really smooth...Well, this cake was not supposed to be perfect. It needed the rustic touch.
An amaretto cake filled with fresh raspberries... a pleasure to make... It smelled so nice!
