Girasoles...!

Sunflowers have always been among my favorite flowers. They are amazing! So, to be able to put them on cake and then eat them... Well, it cannot get much better!

Happy birthday, Bruce!

I forgot how many cakes I have made for Bruce, but one thing reamains constant: chocolate!  He likes chocolate, and so this cake is for him: chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache, and iced with chocolate buttercream, wrapped with a chocolate fondant ribbon!!!

P.S. Basketweave here was done with tip #96, just for fun!
