Eating Daffodils!

When spring arrives, I feel like eating Daffodils! At least Daffodils made with royal icing. The icing on this cupcake is a "Vanilla Frosting Mix", made with natural ingredients. I had to try this icing I found at Whole Foods, among the Pamela's Products. It works quite well for piping. A little bit too sweet for me, but you might want to try it. The only thing you add is butter and water. See if it works for you!

Can't wait for the spring to come...!

Daffodils are one of the first flowers that tell us spring is coming... I love them!  And these ones, made in Royal Icing, you get to eat!
